FLOW CHART OF OVERSEAS EXPERT RECRUITMENT
Overseas experts are recruited following different procedures according to varying requirements of enterprises. However, no matter which procedure is adopted, the expert recruitment demands of enterprises are basically met through the following steps.


(1) Acquire overseas expert recruitment information from enterprises.
(2) Communicate with the recruitment officers of enterprises regarding their specific job requirements and salary to be offered, thereby determining the orientation of recruitment.
(3) Pass the final list of experts to be recruited for specific orientation to related enterprises in Japan for candidate collection.
(4) Interview with the prospective candidates under recruitment plan in Japan, which is to be conducted by our business office in Japan.
(5) Recommend the resume of the technical experts qualified by the interview to relevant enterprises.
(6) Preliminary selection and second round of interview arranged by the host enterprise.
(7) In-depth discussion in China between qualified experts and Chinese host enterprises, after which the host enterprise will decide whether to recruit the candidates.
(8) Japanese experts come to work in their Chinese host enterprises.
(9) Monthly follow-up visit about the work and living conditions of recruited Japanese experts.
(10) Follow-up visit report provided to the host enterprise to help them improve the working and living conditions of Japanese experts so as to make full use of their valuable experience.
