2005 The preparatory office of ChinaTop was opened in Dalian

 

2006 Dalian ChinaTop Consulting Service.co.,Ltd was officially founded. High-tech talents employment service and Japan software outsourcing services were initially established, the business on conveying high-tech talents from China to Japan started.  

 

2007 the Japanese technical experts’ introduction service was established, to provide high-end technology solutions for Chinese big-to-medium manufacturing enterprises by introducing top experts and technical projects from Japan to them. 

 

2008 Terminated software outsourcing service, to specialize on overseas high-end technical talents introduction and domestic high-tech bilingual talents’ overseas employment service. The business orientation of being an international high-end technical talents employment service provider was thus built. 

 

2011 Based on the existing overseas expert introduction service, we developed the overseas high-end Chinese talent introduction service. At the same year, we successfully held the first annual recruitment fair with big-to-medium scale employer enterprises including Hisense, in which way built the base for future overseas Chinese talent introduction service. And in the recruitment fair activity in the following years, our reputation of being an excellent Chinese employment service provider was gradually built. 

 

2012 Built up business channels in Singapore high-end human resource market, prepared for business expansion to Singapore and Oceania. 

 

2013 Positioned as a Chinese high level international technical talent service organization, we confirmed our four-in-one core strategy integrating international expert introduction, overseas Chinese technical talent introduction, domestic high-tech talent introduction and domestic multilingual talents overseas employment services. Also in this year, we accomplished the Korean technical expert introduction and Chinese introduction approach as a complete service system. 

 

2013 Start to develop high-end technical talent service in US, Europe and Australian market.
